Downloading and Receiving Your Purchase



Follow these steps to purchase and obtain your order:

1. After clicking 'Send Order' during the purchase process, you will be taken to an 'Order Confirmation' page. On this page, click the 'Download' button for each item you have purchased.

2. Click on 'Save' in the File Download dialogue box.

3. Save to the destination of your choice. If you are not sure where to save the file, choose 'Desktop' from the drop down menu and then click 'Save.'

4. Once the file is downloaded to your computer, double-click on the Zip file you saved. (This Zip file contains the individual audio and presentation slide files you purchased.)

If you do not have WinZip, click here to download and install it.

5. Click on the 'Extract' button.

6. Select the destination where you want the files to be saved. If you are not sure where to extract the files, choose 'Desktop' and then click 'Extract.' WinZip will create a folder containing your files.

A: All purchases of audio conferences are in the form of electronic files delivered by Internet download.

Q: I completed my order online. How do I obtain my purchase?

A: On the 'Order Confirmation' page there is a box to the right listing your purchase(s). Next to each item is a 'Download' button. Click this to obtain your purchase(s). For more information, see download instructions above.

You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Following the link in that e-mail will take you to a screen from which you can download your purchase, if you did not do so when originally placing your order.
