- The purchaser is prohibited from licensing, sublicensing or transferring the session recordings and handout material to a third party (except to a related party) without the permission and continued control of the Association for Community Health Improvement (ACHI) and the Health Research and Educational Trust (HRET).
- The purchaser is entitled to receive another copy at no charge if the audio recording is lost or damaged.
